My Martial arts journey began in Shotokan Karate. From there I found Collegiate Wrestling where I spent 4 years. I then found my way into a MMA gym and spent a year there exposed to Jiu Jitsu. I also spent two years at Gladiators Academy focusing on Jiu Jitsu and Dutch Style Kickboxing. I moved to Houston in 2016 and spent 2 more years focusing on NoGi, and found my way into a boxing gym and spent the last 3 years learning the sweet science while also studying and practicing Muay Thai. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in HITT style conditioning, and I've competed in Men's Physique, winning two shows.
